Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed.  If you had the foresight to also include an email address you will be notified and provided with a tracking number.

Sometimes the local post office (especially in Europe for some reason) will pitch your order in the bin in a fit of pique.  Then they will claim they don't know what happened to it.  If this happens email us at info@incelriot.com and we will provide you with a replacement.  So far this hasn't happened to the same person twice in a row.
